The Pennsylvania 2021 Early Intervention and Family Support Program Conference is being offered as a virtual opportunity as part of our efforts to maintain public health and safety in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Q. Do I need to attend the entire conference to be eligible for credits? 
A. No, credits are being offered per session. You will receive credits based on the sessions that you attend. You do not need to attend every breakout offered to receive credit.

Q. What do I need to do in order to be eligible for conference attendance and/or continuing education credit?
A. In order to be eligible for conference attendance and/or continuing education credit, you must attend the entirety of your sessions and keep track of the credit codes given at the end of each session. These codes will need to be submitted with your conference evaluation to receive credit.

Q. Are continuing education credits offered for this event?
A. Yes, participants can receive up to 7 credit hours for Act 48, Infant/Toddler, PQAS, Social Work or Nursing.

Q. Are ASHA credits offered for this event?
A. No, ASHA credits are not offered for this event.

Q. What is the cost for the virtual conference?
A. There is no cost for the virtual conference. This is a free event for stakeholders of the PA Early Intervention and Family Support Programs.

Q. Is there a limit on the number of staff per agency who may attend?
A. No, there is a not a per agency limit for this conference. All stakeholders of the PA Early Intervention and Family Support Programs are invited to attend. Overall conference participation will be limited to 1000 attendees.

Q. Can families attend the conference? How can families register?
A. Yes, families are welcome and invited to attend. Conference information designed specifically for families will be posted to this website soon.

Q. When will conference registration open and close?
A. Registration will be online and available soon. Please stay tuned for updates. Registration will close on April 9, 2021.

Q. How do I access the event?
A. The event can be accessed through the conference app/website, Chime Live. Every registrant will receive access to Chime Live at least one week before the event. More information about Chime Live will be emailed to you approximately one week before the conference.

Q. How can I get a copy of a speaker’s handouts?
A. All available handouts can be downloaded from the conference app. Please note that some speakers may not provide handouts.

Q. Will the session be recorded for later access?
A. No, the sessions will not be recorded.

Q. Will there be a poster session for the conference?
A. Yes, there will be a virtual poster session that will be available through the conference app. Stay tuned for more information about the poster session.

Q. Who should I contact with questions about the conference or regstration?
