The session introduces the different types of learning gaps that may influence caregiver participation and explores how to match support strategies to each caregiver’s readiness and context. Participants will learn how observation strengthens coaching, how to differentiate among various learning gaps, and how reflective conversations can guide individualized, responsive supports.
