Welcome to the Preschool Early Intervention Service Delivery Learning Path!

In Preschool Early Intervention programs located in Pennsylvania, Embedded Instruction for Early Learning has been identified as the primary evidence-based practice/strategy for providing high-quality Early Intervention services. This learning path is a sequence of professional development opportunities and resources organized to provide an understanding of Embedded Instruction for Early Learning. It is appropriate for any professional working in Preschool Early Intervention programs who wishes to learn to effectively implement evidence-based practices for the development of young children. The learning path provides Preschool Early Intervention professionals with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively implement the practices of Embedded Instruction for Early Learning with fidelity.

To begin your journey on the Preschool Service Delivery Learning Path, you will complete the two prerequisite courses: “Early Intervention Service Delivery: Coaching Across Settings” and “An Overview of Embedded Instruction for Early Learning in Pennsylvania.” For more information, please see the Learning Path Navigation Guide below.

Individuals will continue on the learning path to fidelity when they are identified by their Preschool Early Intervention program’s Core Leadership Team to begin initial implementation.

Working in collaboration with your Preschool Early Intervention leader will guide your next steps. When the time comes, you will continue your journey to fidelity. Initially, you receive a welcome email including an invitation code from EITA and will be enrolled in the “Embedded Instruction for Early Learning in PA Learning Path” as pictured on the right.

As you continue on your journey, you will be provided with access to future courses and webinars via the EITA Training site. When you complete each step, you will gain access to the next. This may be through invitation, survey, or registration codes in courses and webinars as you progress through the learning path.
